Survey Registration Privacy Notice
Effective date: July 31, 2026
Pasch Group collects your name, job title, dealership name, and work email to confirm eligibility for automotive industry research, send a unique SurveyMonkey invitation, prevent duplicate participation, administer the study, and document consent.
How verification works
The domain in your work email is compared with dealership domains stored in our Supabase database. When a match is found, SurveyMonkey sends a recipient-specific survey invitation. Domains that do not match automatically may be reviewed manually. Personal and disposable email domains are rejected.
Information retained
We retain registration details, verification status, invitation identifiers, and survey completion status. IP addresses and browser identifiers are not stored in raw form; one-way keyed hashes may be retained for abuse prevention. Survey answers are stored and processed by SurveyMonkey under the survey owner's account.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the workflow, including Supabase, SurveyMonkey, the website hosting provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile. We do not sell registration data.
Retention and requests
Registration records are retained only as long as needed for the research project, fraud prevention, reporting, and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@paschgroup.com.
